We know A-teams with B-ideas succeed more often than B-teams with A-ideas. Here you will learn how to choose the right three to five people to develop new ideas to advance your mission (or even revamp an existing program). Applying design thinking and discovery techniques, you will build a team that has the right characteristics to be efficient and effective. Most importantly, they will learn how to have the tough conversations necessary for real success.
Define your organization's purpose for exploring a new mission-aligned revenue-generating venture. Identify what assets you have and what you will need to put this idea into action. And, lastly, define what customers are already asking for. By the end of the day, you will have a top-scoring scalable idea (and potential backup ideas) to bring forward.
We bring together teams with energetic facilitators, veteran executive mentors, and innovative-minded potential funders right at the beginning of the process. Embedding these relationships ensures that teams gain traction early.
Inside our cohort model, we provide the individualized attention teams need. We will teach your team the simple methods leveraged by thousands of start-ups around the world. Teams quickly and cheaply gather concrete evidence about real paying customers, build a business model, and create fundable pilots to test their ideas.
Continuing in our cohort model, we will help you expand your pilot’s reach and further develop your team. Teams will delve deeply into market and sales validation, finances and operations. This phase takes your pilot all the way to revenue-generating launch.
